Exchange Policy
At Bersache, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. We offer an exchange-only policy, allowing you to raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for an exchange, it is mandatory to provide a proper invoice along with an unboxing video clearly showing the product being opened for the first time. Without these, we will be unable to process the exchange. Additionally, we allow exchanges only for the same article originally purchased. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
We offer a reverse pick-up facility in most serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.Once your exchange request is approved, the pick-up is typically scheduled within 2–4 business days.After the product is successfully picked up, we will deliver the exchange product within 5 business days. For locations that fall outside our reverse pick-up network, customers are requested to self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure that the product is packed securely to avoid any damage or loss during transit. Bersache reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that appear to be worn, washed, or used, in order to maintain hygiene standards. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be processed.
If you believe you’ve received a defective item, there is no need to ship it back immediately. Simply send clear photos and details to info@bersache.com. Our Customer Experience Team will review your case and, upon confirmation, an exchange will be arranged within 2–3 working days.
