Question: How can I check the status of my order?

-> Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and link via email and WhatsApp message.

 Question: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

-> You can request cancellation by emailing info@bersache.com with your order number. But if your order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Question: Can I exchange a product if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

-> Yes! We have an exchange-only policy. Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to provide the invoice and unboxing video — without these, we cannot process the exchange.

  • Reverse pick-up is available for most PIN codes. Items will be picked up in 2–4 business days.

  • For PIN codes not serviceable, you’ll need to ship the item yourself to our address.

  • Worn, washed, or soiled items may not be accepted.

 

We have a reverse pick-up facility for most PIN codes. Exchange products are picked up within 2-4 business days by our own courier.

Note 1: For PIN codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners due to the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

(Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.)

Note 2: In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images - info@Bersache.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, the exchange will be provided 2 to 3 working days.

 

Question: How long does delivery take?

-> Orders ship via EASY ECOM:

  • Major metros: 1–2 business days

  • State capitals: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 2–4 business days

  • North East & Kashmir: 4–7 business days
    Delivery may vary due to public holidays, weather, or remote locations.

 

Question: Can I change my shoe size, color, or modify my order after placing it?

-> Email info@bersache.com with your order number and changes. Changes can only be made before dispatch.

Question: How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

-> Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.

You’ll receive another email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
