Question: How can I check the status of my order?

-> Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and link via email and WhatsApp message.

You can  Track your order from website right side icon on front page  with your AWB number .

 

Question: How do I cancel my order?

-> You can cancel your order by sending an email to Info@bersache.com with your order number in the subject line. However, it becomes challenging for us to cancel an order once the order has been shipped.

Question: How can I exchange my order?

-> We offer our customers an "only exchange policy," wherein you can raise a  exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.

 

We have a reverse pick-up facility for most PIN codes. Exchange products are picked up within 2-4 business days by our own courier.

Note 1: For PIN codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners due to the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

(Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.)

Note 2: In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images - info@Bersache.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, the exchange will be provided 2 to 3 working days.

 

Question: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

-> We ship 95% of our orders through  Shiprocket ; once the order is shipped, it typically takes 1-2 business days for major metros, 1-3 for state capitals, and 2-4 days for the rest of India. North Eastern States and region of Kashmir, it may take up to 4–7 business days to deliver your order.

Note: Depending on the shipping address and other variables (such as public holidays, severe weather, etc.), delivery time may change in certain cases.

 

Question: I want to change my shoe size or color, or want to modify my order?

-> Please send us an email at info@bersache.comwith your order number and any changes you would like to make. We will make manual corrections for you. However, if an order is dispatched, it won't be possible for us to do the same.

Question: How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

-> Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID.

You’ll receive another email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
